Battling Finn Harps took a leaf out of Bray's book to fight their way back from an early deficit at Belfield, but just failed to get back on terms.

The Donegal side left themselves with a mountain to climb when they went 3-0 down with just 19 minutes left, having conceded two goals in the first nine minutes.

But Nescovic pulled one back on 72 minutes and Avdiu ensured a nervous finish for the Students when he bagged a second from Kelly's cross.
