Eircom league champions Shelbourne will meet UCD in the first semi-final of this year's Supercup -at Belfield on Friday, June 30 (19:30 BST).

In the other semi-final Cork City take on Bohemians at Turners Cross on the same night.

The third-place play-off is at Belfield on Sunday, July2, at 12:00 BST, with the final at Dalymount at 15:00 on the same afternoon.

All matches will be decided on penalties if they finish level after 90 minutes.

The old "Top Four" cup was revived as the Supercup three years ago to help the Republic's Euro qualifiers to prepare for European competition. Shelbourne will play in the early rounds of the Champions League, while Bohemians (as FAI Cup runners-up) and UCD will contest the UEFA Cup.

But the competition will be of little help to UCD, who will do well to keep their interest in the InterToto Cup alive when they travel to Bulgaria this Sunday after a 3-3 draw at home.
