Shelbourne have bossed the Dublin derbies so far this season and, with Bohs having closed to within three points again, they need to continue that streak tonight.
But the champions have been hard hit with suspensions - centre back Pat Scully, midfielder Pat Fenlon and striker Richie Foran must all cool their heels.
Avery John should come in in a straight swap for Scully, with Stephen Geoghegan set to start instead of Foran. Fenlon's midfield berth is between Davy Byrne and Paul Doolin, with both likely to play some part.
Shels' only consolation is that Rovers too are likely to be under strength. Marc Kenny is out with a hammy and Jason Colwell and Derek Tracey are both doubtful.
