Bohemians boss Roddy Collins and his Shamrock Rovers counterpart, Damien Richardson, have each been fined £100 and warned about their future conduct after a touch-line bust-up.
The two squared up to each other when the sides met in the league in August.
Also in hot water with league officialdom was Dundalk boss Martin Reilly - fined £100 and warned on the basis of the referee's report on the Limerick-Dundalk match at the start of the season.
Dundalk player Padraig Gallogley, who was sent off in that match, has been banned for two games and fined £40.Team-mate Liam Dunne has picked up a one-match ban and a similar fine.
Also banned for one game and fined £40 for red cards were Bray's Keith Long, Stephen McGuinness of St. Patrick's Athletic and Barry Burke, the Shelbourne youngster who recently had a trial with Kilkenny City.
