Draw no good to Harps - December 3, 2000
Finn Harps 1 UCD 1
Money-troubled Finn Harps battle to a draw with UCD - but they really needed the three points.
The draw meant that the Dublin side maintained their six-point cushion over second-from-bottom Harps with the league halfway through.
Harps took the lead just after the break, when John Kenny fired home Tom Mohan's pass.
The home side then missed a string of chances, with Minnock, Bradley and Tierney all guilty.
UCD soaked it up and then suckered Harps on the break, Ciaran Kavanagh getting on the end of Mick O'Byrne's 71st-minute cross.
