Galway United v Kilkenny City 19:45

Kilkenny City have won just twice on the road all season - and both wins, one in the league and one in the FAI cup, came in Terryland Park against Galway United.

But Kilkenny are more or less resigned to relegation at this stage and manager Joe McGrath has revealed that he plans to rest Derek McGrath, Gavin Wilkinson and Davy Mulcahy, with Brian Jackson and Raimond Ross likely to start.

Instead, McGrath is planning for next season and he revealed that Wilkinson, Carlos Rocha and 'keeper Matt Nelson will leave to play in America with Portland as soon as Kilkenny get knocked out of he Cup, and will be back at Buckley Park for next season.

Galway will be most anxious to avoid the humiliation of three home defeats in a row to the Premier division's bottom team - but they might have to do it without former Republic of Ireland underage international Ger Crossley, who is an injury doubt.
