Milligan joins Blackpool - June 21, 2000
Former Republic of Ireland international Mike Milligan did not spent long without a club. Manchester-born Milligan, who spent the last six years at Carrow Road with Norwich, was released at the end of last season after playing nearly 150 first class games for the club. He wasn't a free agent long as Blackpool swooped to sign the experienced midfielder.
